By downloading or using Total Loss you agree to these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
Purchases
In-app purchases, such as cash packs, are virtual items with no real-world value. They are billed and managed by Apple, and refund requests go through Apple. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored from the in-game shop.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it to break any law.
Intellectual property
The app, including its code, artwork, sounds and design, belongs to us and is protected by copyright. All vehicles, maps and names in the game are fictional.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
